Recreation Board

The Recreation Board consists of community members whose goal is to provide a variety of activities to the citizens of Wathena to enjoy in safe, clean and updated facilities.  The board not only maintains the municipal swimming pool, but also takes care of the City's baseball/softball fields.  During the summer months, residents are able to enjoy the pool, as well as participate in the baseball/softball/t-ball programs that are offered and run by the recreation board.
