Please Be Aware...

The City of Wathena was recently awarded a Community Development Block Grant to complete a section of sidewalk along 36 Highway. A requirement of that grant is to meet a certain threshold of low-moderate income level within the City. In order to meet this requirement, the City has to gather more household surveys that will support this level. The City wanted residents to be aware that beginning the week of August 28th, members of Mo-Kan Regional Council will be going door-to-door to obtain information from households if possible.
